    Definitely, this is actually the best time to stain and seal your deck as it requires the least preparation

    This really depends on the amount of protection the timber has from the weather. Decks with the least amount of protection may require maintenance every year. Decks that are protected fairly well have been know to still bead water 3 years after the first coat. It really depends but we can give you an idea of what to expect with the initial quote
